The patient is a 19-year-old female who presented to our office with difficulty breathing and a cosmetic concern for a large dorsal hump and a droopy tip. She underwent rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinoplasty and achieved a more refined nose through which she can breathe better. Her nostrils were narrowed with a novel technique developed by Dr. Sayah which does not result in any scarring.
