Chrisalys is not a single-surgeon clinic. Dr. Toby G. Mayer, M.D., F.A.C.S. holds facial feminization and voice. Dr. Maurice M. Garcia, MD, MAS holds genital reconstruction. Dr. David N. Sayah, MD holds facial, chest, and body work and keeps a multi-specialist plan from becoming four calendars.
Patients come here to see the work and the people who do it, face, chest, body, and genital care, not one portrait repeated on every page. Insurance (Medi-Cal, LA Care, CalOptima Health, IEHP, Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, and private plans) is handled by the same desk.
