How you are connected
Chrisalys Clinic publishes surgical care and voice therapy. Hormone therapy, primary care, and mental health stay with clinicians you already have, or with a referral discussed at the consult. No endocrinologist, primary-care physician, or psychiatrist is named on this site.
Hormone therapy. We do not prescribe hormones on this site. After orchiectomy, dosing is coordinated with your hormone prescriber. Bring that prescriber's name to the consultation.
Primary care. Medical clearance stays with your physician. Referring primary-care clinicians can send records through Referring providers.
Mental health. When a plan needs letters, they come from your mental health clinician. See WPATH letters. This practice is not a mental-health home. If you need a therapist and do not have one, ask at the consult. We do not publish a list of names, because availability changes. Crisis and community resources are on Mental health and support.
How to connect them. Tell us the names at the consultation, call 424-253-0000, or email [email protected]. We will say which records we need. We do not assign you an in-house hormone, primary-care, or mental-health provider.
