Send us how to reach you, the procedures you are considering, and your insurance (or that you are self-pay). That is enough to book a consultation or to open pre-authorization. WPATH-aligned letters, prior records, and hair-removal maps can follow. Waiting until a folder is perfect is how people lose a year.
If you have Medi-Cal, LA Care, or IEHP, read the matching insurance page before or after you book. Those plans have rules we already know. Private plans vary more. We still start; we do not guess your benefits in the first email.
