This is a 27 year old female presenting with small, asymmetric breasts desiring to become slightly larger. She had saline breast augmentation through an incision in her underarm using a camera. A 350cc saline implant was placed in her left breast, and a 375cc implant in her right to achieve this more symmetric look.
